2. The information we collect

  • Contact and account details (name, email, phone, address) for you and, where relevant, your child.
  • Booking and payment information.
  • Medical, dietary or accessibility information you share with us to keep your child safe.
  • Emergency contact details.
  • Photographs or video, where you have consented.
  • Records of our communications with you.

3. How and why we use it (lawful bases)

  • To provide and administer coaching, lessons and camps you have booked — performance of a contract.
  • To keep participants safe and meet our safeguarding and legal duties — legal obligation / vital interests.
  • To respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you — legitimate interests.
  • To send you marketing about our programmes — consent, or soft opt-in where you are an existing customer and we offer a clear way to opt out of every message.

4. Marketing

We will only send you marketing emails where we have a lawful basis to do so. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing us.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our club, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data. We may share information where required by law or to protect a child's safety.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
