1. About us
Chelsea Tennis Club ("CTC", "we", "us") is a trading name of Fitness Worldwide Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13000974), registered office 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London E2 8DD. These terms apply to all bookings for our coaching programmes, lessons and camps.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and you have received confirmation from us. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are as shown at the time of booking. Payment for group programmes is made through our booking platform; private and family lessons are arranged and invoiced directly. We reserve the right to amend prices for future terms.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation by you: for private lessons, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, will be charged in full.
- Missed sessions: we are unable to refund or carry over individual sessions missed by the participant. This applies to both group lessons and private lessons.
- Cancellation by us: if we cancel a session, we will offer a make-up session or a credit/refund for that session.
5. Health and medical information
You must tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or needs relevant to participation before the first session, and keep us updated of any changes. Participants take part in physical activity at their own risk and should be in good health to do so.
6. Behaviour
We want every session to be safe, positive and enjoyable. We may, at our discretion, suspend or remove a participant whose behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk.
7. Photography
From time to time we may take photographs or video at sessions for coaching or promotional purposes. We will always seek your consent before using any image that identifies a child, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
8. Liability
We maintain public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for personal belongings brought to sessions.
9. Changes
We may need to change venues, times, coaches or session content. We will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
